Barakkas tries to enter through a portal made by Charlie Benjamin.
Barakkas the Rager is described to be a blue satyr-like creature and is one of the Named.
He appears in the first book of the series, Nightmare Academy: Charlie's Monsters. He is brought about by a portal Charlie Benjamin made. Only once before had a person created a portal to one of the Named's palaces. While he converses with Charlie, Barakkas slowly inches his way forward, trying to escape into Earth. But just before he passes through the portal, Rex advises Charlie to close the portal and Charlie does. In doing so, Charlie severs Barakkas' hand with his precious Artefact, his Bracer, with it. Barakkas is enraged and seeks revenge. To do so, he visits another of the Named, Verminion the Deceiver.
